I have closed my Airtel connection (0120-4236615) on December with all pending payments But still I am receiving bills for that. Reference mail is given below. Today I got a call from customer care again for the same connection and executive used very rude and abusive language. Now i got frustated with the customer care service and every time I have to call them for the connection which i have already closed before 7 months. Please suggest me how can I put this in consumer forum.
