About not responding for airtel broadband connection after submission of money

Espected sir,

i would like to inform you that i had applied for airtel broadband connection on 15th of july (sef no-, 2787658)

but the executive of airtel i.e. mr gajendra kumar (address-Shadeville network

office no.-411, 4th floormsx tower -z alpha, com.belt, gr.noida, mob no- 91 9971773807) has not been responding since last 12 days.and still i have no any option but file connection.

please take any action against them.
