Hi,
I have requested for internat broadband transfer on 09-oct to a new house. I have been given assurance that, it is available on new facility.
after one week, they told me that it is not possible to provide new connection. I Requested them to close the connection from 09-oct as there has been false commitments.
They have charged bills till november, for which i haven't availed facilities.
