I had raised a request - request no - 907654 with Airtel on 8th Nov regarding change of plan.
They have called me to confirm the change of plan. I confirmed that, but of use. Until now i, .e. 10 Dec they have not changed my plan.
They have not addressed it as of now and have been continuing to charge me extra 1000 rs per month, not to forget the other taxes that are cumulative on this bill.
First,
Airtel did not had a plan of rs 1299 (iPTV) plan, they changed it to rs 1199, 6 months back. On top of that, they had been charging me rs 1000 per month.
Airtel is such a profit oriented company that it does not care even for its loyal customers.
I have been on the Airtel billing cycle of nearly Rs 2000 per month more than 3 years now, but this is the second time they have done it.
They are not at all customer oriented and do not care about the benefit of the customer.
It is understandable for an organization whose running into losses to think about its revenue, but not at customer cost and bu adopting unethical ways.
Corporates working across are now beginning to get the feel of the highly capitalized thinking of Airtel.
Bharti Mittal and his counterparts need to take a serious thought about how their strategy for future business considering the unethical, profit oriented, non customer oriented behavior techniques they are using.
