Non delivery of broadband service

Dear Sir,

This is with reference with the new wi-fi connection taken by me on 31st May at my place Lola Residency Madinaguda Hyderabad 500050. I got this connection through Mr David (airtel ph no 9704335703), this is the same number which is advertised in My area for internet connection.

After deposting the amount for router and one month rental in advance (1mbps plan), the cable and modem was installed at my place on 31st May

My account no is 7005690921.

I am really disappointed with the Service offered by Mr David, he had given assurance that router would be installed on 1st June at my place by evening, the whole day he dint pick my phone nor responded to my sms. Finally I had to ask Apanna (ph no 9133230911, service enginner who iinstalls modem) to talk to David and give the router

I have got the router on 2nd June, but I am facing problm in installing the wi-fi connection, David is not picking my phone, neither he is assiting me in installing the router and wif-i connection

I am left helpless now, I have done the full payment but the service is not installed at my premises, even your a/c managers dont respond once they collect payment.

please address this issue immediately.
