Worst airtel customer service

Hi,

I am murugan, my airtel data card no : 9840191896. I have been facing a lot of problem in disconnecting my internet connection. I frequently get calls to make my payment of 6000/- which doesnt have any valid reason as am using 4 GB plan of 900 Rs per month. I paid Rs 4000/- for my 1st bill after 15 of usage. the 2 nd month i paid Rs 900/-.Again for the 3rd month i got a bill of 4000/-, till date it has gone upto Rs 6000/-. i dont even check mail frequently.whenever i call them to disconnect, they ask me make the payment. this bill is ridiculous and far beyond my usage. Am most frustrated receieving calls from 20 different people this month for making the payment. i want you to take necessary action to help me disconnect the internet connection.
