I am using Airtel broadband from last 3 year. When i buy this connection i got the promise from the airtel that If any thing goes wrong with your router then airtel will give you the immediate replacement. But today when i launch the complaint again this faulty router they are not launching the complaint.
They are refusing and saying As per the new airtel policy this is not possible. When the customer is buying the service that time this policy is not exists then how airtel will apply this policy to their old customers...?
Can i assume this is cheating by Airtel...?
