This is the second time in 2 months Airtel by themselves subscribed me for PC Secure and shamelessly sent me a mail that had the following
"On your request our Customer Care Executive has made purchase for you, the PC Secure subscription has been activated for your airtel broadband ID 08042179042_kk"
I have never once made any such request and I'm not sure what Airtel is trying to do, but this surely comes as openly cheating its customers and some class action should be taken against this practice.
