I have submitted new broadband connection form through Airtel sales executive with 700Rs.when i did not get the new broadband connection for more than 15 days, I called Airtel customer care and explained the problem in detail. The customer care executive requested me to scan the copy of application form and send the scanned copy to [email protected]. I have sent the copy. After that also no proper response was received from AirTel. Though I have made many calls to the customer care, no proper response was received. After that I came to know that Airtel for money making sending sales representatives with fraud forms printed on their OWN and making profits.
