The worst kind of customer support. The guy talked like an uneducated moron. I only wanted the Nameservers changed.

He was arguing with me for reason best know to him. Professionally and personally frustrated people are given the role of the customer support rep.

This is not the first time, I'M having problems with net 4 india. I'M into domain and web hosting reselling. When I write to cs of a us based web host, I get reply in 1-2 hours max.

Net 4 india take 12 hours without the guarantee of any resolution.
