To disconnect the internet connection

I Chandra pal Singh living in Lucknow in sector - M, house no. 194, aliganj; using the service of internet broadband connection provided by airtel broadband since 15th December. Now, i am transferred out of the city and wanted to surrender or disconnect the service provided. I surely enjoyed your excellent service. My fixed line no. is 0522-4025679. The security deposit which i have to receive from you, i hope you will surely give that to me as early as possible by the means of demand draft or cheque. I also want to state that i have paid all your earlier bills.
