Egrding rs.500/- goft vouche

I have book the internet connection with airtelon 16.01.2010 . the sales executive have promised me of getting the rs.500/- gift voucher. regarding that i have called up to customer care n number of times the customer care people have promised of getting it but after some day they have mailed me and said that i am not eligible for the offer.

the offer is valid on till 14-01

but in the airtel call record they have assured and promised me of getting the gift voucher.

i have the reference no of complaint given to airtel..
