Disconnect Modem w/o informing the client!!

Airtel disconnected Mob. no.9567565312, -USB Modem- with no intimation to customer although my mob.no.appears on appl.form!! Not used to treatment like this, coming from Germany!! Airtel should have courtesy to call customer if U have difficulty in address confirmation! Loss of Rs.79 plus my free time and transport costs from Kovalam to Trivandrum - Pattom showroom -

Out of sheer courtesy expect AIRTEL to give 1 month free connection!!
