Shifting of connection

Hi,

I had lodged a Request# 39106430 for shifting my AIRTEL IPTV/Broadband Connection within Dwarka on 11th October. This request in pending till date (29/10) despite being given assurances that this will be done within 24hrs by the AIRTEL cusomer care. I have called up the call center atleast 10 times only to find the same answer every time. I had escalated the matter to the Nodal Officer as well as the Apellate officer of Airtel but no response has been recieved till date.

More over Mr Manish from the AIRTEL sales team has been contacting me again and again to change my request from shifting the existing connection to apply for a new connection. He has his own reason to suggest me that my request from shifting of connection will not be completed anyhow.

I never expected such a response from AIRTEL.

If somebody from AIRTEL reads this please let me know the time in which my connection will be shifted.
