Problem in internet connection

Im using Airtel internet service meghbela broadband which is given by our local cabale operator classic communication.from 1st april Im facing a prob, after 11 30 pm the net is being disconnected.after several complainn they are not taking any actions.i thinkk it will be helpful if u take necessery actions.
