I am a totally frustrated customer of Airtel [Mobile Service Provider Company].
This is my second time I am lodging complaints against Airtel just after one weeks when I lodged the first complaint against Airtel.
Instead of rectifying their Unfair Trade practices, Airtel [India] keep on continuing their UNFAIR/CHEATING/FRAUDULENT/HARRASSING trade practices toward its customers.
I had get recharge of my mobile no 8979729192 for Rs 98/ for 1GB gprs from the market on 10th nov 11 at 16.03hr vide Id no, 741921937 inspite of this rs 98/ has also been deducted from mobile balace on 11/11, when i contact on customer care on 198 with mr Rajan singh and some others persons for refund of my Rs 98/ but no body is ready hear my complaint and ractify.
