I have taken a bill plan where I am entitled a bill cap of Rs 100 (Billing Cap Limit of Rs. 2000 after which charging takes place as per pulse matrix) which is been confirmed by mail. However, even after several complaints to 198 and mails to customer care, no response has been recieved and all that Airtel does is gives me service request numbersand closed without resolving the issue.
