This is with regards to the issue which we are facing for the past 48 hrs. I have been calling various people and talking to multiple executives in airtel to get this problem rectified but nothing is working. Each time I call and ask for the next level of escalation, I don’t get a proper response. The executives are not willing to send any sort of e-mail response about the problem and not even ready to share contacts details for the next level of escalation. So much so as I talked 5 times to 5 exacutives... evertime it started from the start of the page inspite of having allotted a complaint No i.e. "Manual settings" check the settings, swith-off th mobile, remove the SIM & swith-on & will be perfect although IT NEVER RESOLVED THE ISSUE TILL NOW.
Really disgraceful to know that what is the SLA for this type of issue
Best part is I registered the complaint on 29th with a response that The service request no is 38216046.We will get back to you by 06-JUL
Still now I have not received any call from AIRTEL afer even 48 hours even though Yesterday & today I talked to exacutives to expidite the process still no response.
My porting code will expire on 06th hence I am just waiting for couple of days. Really disappointed for the treatment with a Corporate customer.
