Lost complete calling balance

Respected Sir,

My name is Rohit Kumar Nair, from Banswara (Rajasthan).

I have 2 airtel prepaid sims nos are: 1. 8890699779., 2.9602794981. Iam a regular user of internet service from airtel, i was using my first number for internet uses and not a single problem occured during its usage, due to some reason i had to give my first number to my father and i used the second number. on 22/2 i have recharged my second number with Rs.110/- calling balance recharge and Rs. 98/- internet recharge and i started using internet.on 23/2 i found that my calling balance (approx. Rs.96/-) is zero. in this period i hav not even called anyone. please take necessary action.
