Very bad customer service

I start a gprs wth rs 89 recharge and whn i start use gprs they deduct 25 rs then i complian from 14th jan they give 24 hours times but no reply or no refund i get again i try to complian and 3 to 4 times they reply same and when they not able answer they give reason that talk to our seniour and after some time they disconnected line all 3 times is the way they make money like me how many people even not look at there 25 rs and company make a huge amout by all that which they unnecesserily charge to customers and then even not care to give proper feedback
