Hi,
Mail received below was a confirmation that there was no plan migration[Forced] on my airtel connection.
But contrary I am getting billed from last 2 months for new forced plan of Rs499.
I made several service requests with current request no.13376268, but no relief or correction made to my bill (s) and plan.
I repeat to tell have not made any request for change or up-gradation in my current plan of Rs449.
Therefore, I am not liable to pay any extra cost or incovinence caused by you to me.
I request to disconnect the connection if company have no solution or intention to correct my bill (s) and plan.
