I am the customer of Airtels telephone and using broadband service in fixed monthly plan of Rs.699/- but in the month of July without taken my consent they changed my plan and billed me. It is more excessive then every month bill. I have also complain before customer care they registered my complaint but in arbitrary manner they have not give me any waiver in current bill. They have assured me from the next bill you will continue from your original plan of Rs.699/-pm. this conduct is against the interest of a consumer. please do needful and refund me excess bill of Rs. 165/-.
