Slow speed of internet connection

I had taken a broadband connection of 2Mbps speed of Rs1299 (30GBlimit) and 250Kbps downloading.but i get speed of 50Kbps downloading which very slow with respect to given plan.i had complain to customer care

a week later but still i get that speed so please slove this problem urgentally...
