Our Broad band connection no:044-26610455 our office at Choolai (Hunters Road). Past one month our internet connect is not working promptly. Always we have to switch it off the modem and switch it on again then only it gets connect with our computer and after some time it gets disconnect automatically. Our system engineer also examined this and told us that problem is with Modem only and they asked us to Bsnl. I spoke with Bsnl many times but still the problem is not rectified. Please do the needfull and solve the problem.
