Acknowledge receipt of your mail. May I take this opportunity to inform you, that I am also in receipto o frequent sms's from you informing me of some amount due. I have been once contacted over telephone also informing me about this.
Please note that, pursuant to your offer for internet services for a period of 12 4 months, I paid a sum of Rs.5943/- on 1.12.2011 vide Cheque drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank Account towards full and final payment for the said period. Your authorised representative issued provisional receipt No:1523643 dated 1.12.2011 acknowledging receipt of the same. The cheque was presented for collection and amount credited to your account. You are therefore liable to give me uninterrupted internet service for a period of 16 months from 1.12. ie till 1.4.2013. You have no right to demand any more amount from me. Instead you have been pestering me time and again with your sms's, telephone call and finally your above mail.
Please note that if you pester me any further, I will be forced to terminate services availed from you and you will be liable to refund me the balance pro-rata amount after deducting for services so far provided. Needless to say, I reserve my right to initiate legal proceedigns against you for harassment, in case you continue sending me any more messages demanding any amount.
I am sure you will fully appreciate and understand my message and do the needful.
