Sub: - Disconnection of Telephone no. 2724744

Please refer our letter no. Ansal API Telephone/ 1o SPL dated 22.02.2011 in which I had already requested that the BSNL land line and internet connection on no.2724744 under the plan combo-749 be removed with immediate effect. We have already deposited the full and final payment i.e. amounting rs. 600/- on dt 22/02. and letter of disconnection was also submitted on 22/02 (the photocopy is also attached).

But we are still receiving the bill. Please get the connection cut immediately otherwise we are going to make the payment after 22/02.
