Payment got debited but no confirmation

I purchased movie tickets for FameRaj Multiplex, Surat on 19th Nov. Rs.705 have been charged on Credit card but no ticket confirmation I got.

There are so many complaints of similar nature, I doubt whether I will get the money back or not. How they got Official Partner status of ICC World Cup?

Is this another site making money by cheating people?
