I ordered a Sisley Hobo Bag from this website (yes you are right, i must be mad to do shop from this site) on 9th of september order no. 826781. It's been a month and I have been following up with these guys (custmer MAAR service).
I must say these are very good, they answer the phone and give you a complaint no. everytime I call, I have some 7-8 complaint numbers regarding the same query (AMAZING!!!) but nobody bothers to give me a clear picture of timelines. On 8th of Oct customer service executive said he will arrange a Call back in 24 hours and guess what Im still waitng for those 24 hours to finish and receive a phone call. Also he informed me the bag has yet not been dispatched from the Vendor and nobody has a clue as in when it is getting dispatched. They being an online shopping platform dont even bother to update the customer about the delay in delivery over mail or SMS.
Hope this complaint reaches them and they being a service provider have basic courtsey of giving a call back or reply through SMS or email.
