I have received a demand letter from the panel solicitors of Tata Teleservices stating that I am defaulting on the mobile bill providing a number which I have never used. I have always paid my whatsoeva bill has been, whether broadband, mobile etc.
I have made payments upto date rather in advances to Airtel/Vodafone/Tikona Digital Networks/Tata Docomo/Tata Broadband for various services that I have availed over the years and have never defaulted.
The solicitors are threatening and harrasing me by putting fraudulent claims on me.
