FIR NO: 117/05, Dated 23.06. at 0120 hrs, Burgampad Police Station, Khammam District.for Accident by Proclain Vechicle no: AP20 T 9162, which was moving on the highway, without rear lights & signalling, suddendly turned to right caused heavy damage to my vehicle AP20D6262, and injured all four of us, including my Driver (Husband). Luckily after treatment all have survived.
Vedict was issued in Lok Adalat on 28th March for a mere Rs 80, 000/- . Till date no payment is received.
