I applied to DHFL for Home Loan they said I have to pay them the processing fees in advance, if the loan is not sanctioned they will return the processing after deduction 2500/- so I paid to them Rs. 5500/- after somedays they said your loan is sanctioned and now you have to pay more 3000/- so total they took from me Rs. 8200/- and then they said your loan is rejected and now they are not returning my amount. The persons involved are Vishal and Prakash. I am going to submit a legal complain in the court for justice.
