My name is shushil kumar singhal and I have ordered for a pistol in Gun & shell factory cossipore and since last fifteen days I am trying to get in touch with them to track my order. I have sent a draft also for that I don't know that it reached there or not and they haven't updated their website also. Nobody is responding on phone also and the numbers they have mentioned are also not working. I didn't get any letter also. what to do know I am very upset because of the work and dedication of employees of our government organizations.
