I am using Reliance Mobile Phone services from almost an year. Now, the company has deactivated my sim. Their Customer Care Executive is saying it will be activated soon, but it is not activated till now, the incoming Facility is available but it is not getting recharged. The company has also deducted my balance. and it is zero. The Customer Care Executive didnot find any record of my no. in their database. Even after complaining so many times, my complain is not being addressrd.
The company still has to pay my previous amount (Security of converting no. from postpaid to prepaid) which i were told to be payed through cheque.
