Sub: Objection regarding the rules & signatory for authorized represented of RWA.
Sir,
As a members of the RWA RU block I am sorry to inform you that the rule laid down to you is not going to solve the noble purpose you want to implement.
As per your requirement you are considering only the two people of the RWA for nominating a person from the whole RWA. In my opinion its clear way to manipulate the name and other things by only two people as it is happening in my RWA RU Block Pitam Pura.
To more transparency I suggest you that you must take a resolution along with this form either from Executive committee in full or from General Body meeting called for this purpose only.
By this way the we can involve the complete RWA rather than only the TWO person of the RWA as asked by you.
Therefore I request you kindly don’t allow any one from our block i.e. RWA RU BLOCK PITAM PURA till he doesn’t come without the consensus of general body or executive committee to save the public money.
