We have been purchased a land at Shirgaon, Tal-Paalghar having all the relevant and authentic documents. We put the compound to the specified land. But since last 6/8 months M N S activists of that area broken the fence and forcefully occupied the land and claiming they want this land for playing cricket. How can a person who bought the land and to buy it, the buyer converted his blood into sweat and earned the money for the future of thier family and kids.
We contacted to the different political leaders of the MNS to request to free the land, sent letters, mails, faxes, wrote on website but none of the leaders are interested to free the land.
RAJ THAKARE always claiming that his supporters, Leaders are well educated and from good family they dont need money, MNS is born to fight for justice of Maharashtrians. Then how their Representavives/ Leaders can occupy the general citizens/Maharashtrians land forcefully and not willing to free it?
Likewise problems how Maharashtrians will develop themselves and Maharashtra? How the law and order willbe maintain?
Such situation is forcing to general innocent residents to be voilent, to take the law and order in his hand, otherwise residents dont have options.
Definately the court will give right justice, but our system is so slow by the time we get justice we might not be alive. Also we dont have money to arrange an Advocate cos whatever we earned since last 18/20 years we invested in that land, still we could not pay the remaining loan amount. Is there anybody who can help us?
