I am residing in CHS in Jogeshwari. I am paying outgoing maintenance as decided by earlier committee bcz new committee has increased the maintenance without getting it approved in AGM. Now they have sent me the notice under sec.101 to pay the outstanding dues (which I think is not) within15 days of receipt of notice failing which the committee will take legal recourse against me as defaulter. Pls let me the know my status in this matter.
