Nonattendance of complain for the Leakage Problem from Terrace and outside wall of Terrace. We had given complain of Leakage problem On 5th, July’10 and 27th. July also on 3rd. Aug’10 and also called the officer from Asst. Engineer Office (B&F) “D” Ward, Brihan Mumbai Mahagar Palika office and they had taken the photographs of the leakage on the ceiling of kitchen, living room & bedroom of Flat and confirmed the leakage.. On 17th Aug. The office of Assistant Engineer (B&F)”D” ward served the notice to Matru Ashish Society. To stop the leakage within 15 days.. Failing which, action as deemed fit as per MMC Act will be initiated against you without any further intimation to you, which please note. Till to day neither the Municipal authority has taken action on Society nor has the society taken action to the work for stopping of leakage. We are running pillar to post, and fail to understand why municipal authority is not taking any action.
