Mis use of id proof

Sir i have took 3 docomo sims same day, and i have given my same address proof for all the 3sims but when i checked with the coustmer care, only one sim is in my address proof and the other two sims with different address proof, and my proof has been misused by others.. so pls check that and provide me the information..the numbers are 9035512276, 9036160370, 9035514384
