Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a re-sale flat in Pimpri, Pune, when the complex was yet to register as society / apartment / condominium.
The said complex & premises was handed over by builder by forming an Apartment association. Now my society members are demanding Rs 25, 000.00 as transfer charges from me & the society/apartment is not yet formed.
In this regards, I want to consolidate, if the charges demanded by the members are legitimate & as per the law book. I no then what is the legal process I should be initiating to stop this. Please guide me appropriately with the same,
