Dear Sir,

I would like you to answer my below mentioned query,

Is the Slum Rehabilitation scheme is open, because in our area which is in Asalpha-village, Bhaji-Market, Ghatkopar, Mumbai-84 a builder has approach us and he has told that he will construct a building on our land, our land comes under collector-land, and he says that he has taken the necessary permission from the collector office, as of now we haven't paid the collector rent since last 7 years, because there was no one comming from the collector office to collect rent from us previously a person use to come to collect the rent. so would like you to answer my query at the earliest, because from some reliable sources I have come to know that the Slum Rehabilitation scheme has been closed for the time being because of some reasons, hope to have full cooperation from you end.
