Not getting appointment dates on online

Online registration appointment not accessible

Sir,

I have been trying to get online registration PASSPORT for appointment on tuesday 6th of july at 1120Hrs. I am not being given date and time of appointment, so as to process my re-issue appication.

Please advise how to get appointment.
