Sir,
My Father was in BSF (Border security Fource). He was also fight war in 1970 and many more. he was in BSF from 1967 to 1978 (approx) not complete 11 years. He is not getting pension from BSF.
As per BSF pension office they deducted 2 year from his job due to at a time of joining he was 16 years old. (as per document submitted)
sir, I want to know rules getting pension from BSF.
1) What was rules of pension at that time?
2) how can they deduct 2 years from his job? (they must to check documents at a time of joining)(we have also document related joining & Resignation from BSF office)
3) Now is there any chance for getting pension? (for Freedom fighter)
