I was working with Accenture Services Pvt Ltd effective from 1st Jun'2008 to 30th August'11 (3 Years) however i have applied for PF Claim amount on 21st October '2011 through my company. My EMP# would be MH/BAN/45665/78618 & KN/BN/34272/166167
As per normal procedure it should hardly take 60 days to deliver the amount to customer's account hence it is not acceptable if it cross beyond this prescribed timeframe which cause distraught & dismay to the recipient. I have made several calls to BANDRA OFFICE and they neither pick up the call nor answering the consumer query which leads to Ultimate Frustration.
I am writing this epistle to highlight regarding our Government PF office work which is totally unacceptable & Mess, i think they are trying to cheat the innocent public and although they have received pertinent information i don't understand why are they taking such a long time period.
I have sent a request to Delhi Head office in this regard and also forwarded two or three reminders to them but there is no reciprocation from their end, i hope that it should be sorted out as soon as possible other they may have to face unadorned consequences which i will proceed further.
I have Submitted application for PF payable amount through my company on 21st October'11 as per the below email chain, as it has taken a quite long time however PF amount still not yet credited into my account. Since i have submitted this request 5 months ago and normal processing time would be 90-120 days.
Kindly look into this issue as a matter of urgency, as i am waiting for my amount for such a long time and also i did n't get any post or communication regarding my PF amount.
I have attached the necessary documents and acknowledgement of receipt of my application as per below email string.
