When I entered into the bunk M/s. A K A R Service Station IOC Dealer 131, Wheeler Road, Cox Town, Bangalore-35, the pump boy was giving MS into a plastic bottle. at about 9.45 PM. I have told him you are not supposed to give petrol in plastic containers, immediatly he respond I have 25 years experience and we have to give petrol in plastic container only. Then I asked for complaint book, he told there is no complaint book here. My Bill No.8079 dt.6/3 for Rs.200/= (Value of petrol)
