I am very sorry to say that I am very much uncomfortable with the service of Eureka forbes Aquagard. My water purifier of Aquagard require service and I have call many times to the salesman Mr. Naveen and Manager Mr. Gurnani of Hazratganj Branch but there is no positive response. I have calling to above-mentioned persons since purchase (09 October), trying both persons with the gap of 1 days regularly with a hope that someone will respond.
It seems it is also useless because no one come to my house for servicing.
Can u imagine how frustrating this is?
You are, therefore, requested to interfere in the matter and kindly do some needful. We have to remind them in every alternate days.
