It is really surprising to note that so many people are lodging complaints against a company of suc a high repute, but still no positive action is being taken by the company. Sorry to say but unfortunately i am also one of the unsatisfied customers of this company. I bought an Aqua guard Nova Gold machine and as adviced by the sales executive i also installed a booster pump. first of all i was delivered a faulty machine. The pre-programmed function of filling one litre water on a click of a button was grossly off the mark. Secondly, on pressing the music button, water would start to flow. i brought this to the notice of the sales executive on phone and he inspected the machine and confirmed that there was a defect in the machine. i requested an immediate change of the model which was promised but never delivered. every time i complain, some serviceman comes and gives some pathetic explanation about the faults. I refuse to accept these excuses and i am looking forward to take these cheats to court. any one interested in joining hands against them may please contact me on email
