My incomming had been stopped without any reason though my service is lifetime

i want to know why my incomming service has been stopped?

though i am trying to recharge it could not recharge. why?

i want the reply as soon as possible.

duration time one month ago. I have given compalint to the airtel gallery at bandra (w).

so kindly help me out of this problem.
