I am totally fed up with services of Archies.
PROBLEMS I FACED BECAUSE OF ARCHIES:
Problem 1: UNFAIR AND INTRANSPARENT ONLINE SHOPPING SYSTEM:
Archies online shopping system has failed to accept my transaction @ 08:30 a.m on 11th Feb.
(There is sufficient balance in my bank account and there is no problem with my bank SBI).
Problem 2: There is no information regarding the failure or success of the transaction even after two days
Of the transaction which led me into a severe confusion state. Because of this I lost my whole day
Of my job.
Problem 3: I have made another transaction for the same type of product @ 5:15 p.m. on 11th Feb
For which again there is no confirmation or information regarding the failure.
Problem 4: As amount (Rs.480) has been deducted from my ICICI bank account immediately after the transaction
I have called back your customer care for which there is no proper support.
Problem 5: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: Because of your poor customer care service I incurred expenses in terms of both money and time
Which is irrecoverable.
Problem 6: INAPPROPRIATE AND MISLEADING INFORMATION: When I called your customer care, they told me
That there is some problem with my bank (ICICI) and the funds were not transferred to archies from them.
For the same issue I have called ICICI customer care and found that there is no problem at their end.
Problem 7: BREACH OF GUARANTEE/WARRANTY: There is a GUARANTEE certificate offered by you saying that, ” IF THE TRANSACTION IS
MADE ON OR BEFORE 11TH FEB THE DELIVERY OF SHIPMENT WILL BE MADE BY 14-FEB” which you have not fulfilled.
Problem 8: Being today the 16th Feb Still the shipment is not delivered to the consignee.
LOSSES I INCURRED BECAUSE OF THIS:
Loss 1: LOSS OF PERSONAL RELATION: As I was unable to give a gift to would be spouse on the eve of Valentines day,
I lost my happy relation with her which I have built in years.
This loss is only because of your inability to deliver the goods in said time.
Loss2:LOSS OF MONEY: As the transaction is unclear and not transparent I spent lot of money on calling your customer care as well as
Calling the other people (ICICI BANK, AFL WIZ etc) indulged in the transaction.
Loss3: LOSS OF VALUABLE TIME: As I am working with a software company every minute is valuable for me.
Because of your unfair transaction I spent most of time begging service from you and related people.
Loss4: LOSS OF TRUST: As ARCHIES is a reputed company in market, failure by such a company made me lose CONFIDENCE ON THE WHOLE
Cooperate world and its online business itself.
