Power cut

Dear Sir,

On 23-6-09 and 24-6-09 there was a power cut of the tune of 6-7 Hrs, in and around the AzadApartment, Sri Aurobindo Marg, (ADHICHINI AREA).

There is no response from your help line service numbers -39999707 & 39999808

Now I would like to know that:

As a service provider is it not your duty to inform the customer about the power cut in advance.

Why the consumers feels help less and cheated

Why not your Organisation (BSES) advertise in the news papers regarding the schedule of power cut (area wise) along with the contact person and telephone during such situations.

A responsive attitude is needed from your side. We are the sufferers and want the immidiate attention on the above matter.
