this is 22years male from mumbai. i m a finance student. staying at mumbai (dombivali). i m trying to make complaint against noise pollution. as court has declared that after 10.00p.m there should be no dandia. but in my city the rules r not followed. i want to make u guys notice that...
navratri r starting atround 9.00p.m to 9.30.p.m & r ending upto 11.00 to 11.30.
u might be saying na... then why people r not complaining?
to whom we will complaint??? police?? they arrived daily ataround 10.15 in late night... take money from the corporator & allowed them to continue making noise pollution..
i just want to make u notice that... dombivali is a residential area.
i reside at kopar x road near santoshi maata mandir, dombivali (W).
at every place there is building... no space for ground...
corporator Ramesh Mhatre has its own DJ. he is playing with lot of Big Sound B'coz of which Our Building Vibrates. to whom we should complaint about playing navratra after 10.00.pm.
he is breaking the rules... instead of sound pollution we have lot of other complaints like... his mans (karyakarta) r most of time drunked & use bad words to people going from there.
if we try to complaint in police... police will make complaint against us..
right now my exams r going on... infact many students exams r going on or yet to come... b'coz of these sound pollution made by these corporaters... we can't able to concentrate on studies...
if my voice is going to u... & if u really doing human rights actions... so plzz take action against such people who break the rules, & disturb local area people...
b'coz of his dadagiri no one dare to complaint against him.
i believe atleast u would take stongly action against him... & also against police staff...
i cannot disclose my name, b'coz if u disclose my name to police or corporator... they will make our life hell...
so plzz take action against them & don't disclose our name... make this is public issue & let the whole world know... that these r indian politicians who just want money... don't want to solve problems of people?
